Please note that we are reliant on our couriers and their partners and if local postal services are experiencing delays, we have known deliveries to take longer.<\/em>\u00a0We cannot be held responsible for postage delays either in the UK or to Overseas.<\/em><\/p>

**Please note that you may be required to pay import duties and local\u00a0taxes on your parcel if you live outside of the UK. We have absolutely no control over these charges\/duties\/taxes, and they cannot be refunded or returned. Please allow extra time in case of delays at Customs for your order to reach you in time for Christmas.<\/em><\/p>

CUSTOMER SERVICES<\/strong><\/p>

There may be a delay with our Customer Service team replying to your emails over the Christmas\/New Year period, so please bear with us.<\/p>

Our Customer Service hours are 10am - 4pm, Monday \u2013 Friday up to and including Tuesday 23rd<\/sup> of December. After this, only urgent enquires may be answered. Our Customer Service team will be back at their desks full time on Monday 5th<\/sup> of January.<\/p>

EXTENDED RETURNS\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

Because it\u2019s Christmas, we\u2019re giving you a little longer to exchange or return\u00a0any unwanted purchases or gifts. All items purchased between 17\/11\/2025 \u2013 15\/12\/2025 may be returned until 31\/01\/2026 for a refund.<\/p>

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.<\/p>

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method. If you are returning a gift, this can either be exchanged for an alternative item\/s of the same value or we can issue a gift card to match the amount. We will confirm that we have received your return with an email.\u00a0It could take 7-10 working days for your refund to be processed. Please read our Returns Page for further information.<\/p>

We cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any returned parcels, so please keep your tracking number.<\/em><\/p>

To return your order, please email our customer service team\u00a0and remember to provide us with your Order Number, full name and address.<\/p>

We\u2019re a UK based company, delivering within the UK, Europe, USA and ROW.<\/p>

To minimise wastage, we make everything to order. After you have received your order confirmation, we will process your order within 1-5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).\u00a0During busy periods, such as Christmas, the processing times may increase to 7-10 working days.
<\/u>You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.<\/p>
